This pivotal role directly reports to the Director of Health and Safety. You will enforce compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular site inspections, and oversee accident investigations. Collaborating with field teams, you will monitor key performance indicators and produce insightful reports to enhance health and safety initiatives at Aecon.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance with applicable construction safety laws
• Conduct regular inspections for site safety
• Initiate accident response and investigations




• Document and report safety data accrately
• Collaborate with teams to improve H&S; practices

Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related area
• NCSO designation or similar certification
• Experience in safety coordination at construction sites
• Familiarity with Power BI and digital reporting tools
• Availability to work and travel as needed
