Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents’ restorative needs upon admission
• Develop individualized plans and monitor progress




• Provide staff training on restorative practices
• Oversee quality management audits and processes
• Engage in care conferences and resident education

Requirements:
• Current licensed health care practitioner
• At least three years in clinical management
• Well-organized with strong time management
• Aptitude for detail-oriented tasks
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
