Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nutrition assessments during admissions and quarterly
• Design and maintain individualized nutrition care plans
• Work with Nutrition and Food Services on initiatives
• Support patients through changes in condition
• Ensure high standards of resident quality of life

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Foods and Nutrition required
• Registered with College of Dietitians of Alberta
• Completion of an accredited internship program
• Experience in long term care environments essential
• Familiarity with dysphagia management preferred
