Paradigm Charter Bus Lines is a growing, family-owned transportation company operating a qualified fleet of motorcoaches throughout Saskatchewan and Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Fleet Technician to work alongside our experienced mechanic and assist with the day-to-day maintenance, servicing, diagnosis, and repair of our motorcoach fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build their experience in the commercial transportation industry and work on a diverse fleet of large vehicles.

Position Responsibilities

Performing regular preventative maintenance and servicing on motorcoaches

Assisting with mechanical diagnosis and troubleshooting

Assisting with repairs and component replacement





Conducting inspections and identifying potential mechanical issues

Assisting with brake, suspension, steering, electrical, HVAC, and other vehicle systems

Performing routine oil changes, lubrication, fluid checks, and other maintenance

Assisting with preparing vehicles for provincial safety inspections

Maintaining accurate maintenance and repair records

Keeping the shop, tools, and work areas clean and organized

Assisting with emergency or roadside repairs when required

Following all company safety procedures and applicable transportation regulations

Performing other duties related to fleet maintenance as required
