Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and load heat treat furnaces per metallurgical standards
• Ensure accurate verification of casting details
• Load/unload materials safely with equipment




• Record process data for operational tracking
• Inspect quality of fixtures and castings

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of thermal processing in industrial settings
• Valid forklift certification preferred
• Experience with furnace systems is advantageous
• Adaptable to work rotating 12-hour Continental shifts
