As a Life Enrichment Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Life Enrichment Manager to design and implement programs fostering physical, emotional, and social well-being. This role requires solid leadership and communication skills to meet the diverse needs of seniors and coordinate volunteer activities. Your passion for promoting an active, fulfilling lifestyle will significantly impact residents’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate enriching activities for residents' needs
• Direct programming in independent, assisted living, and memory care




• Maintain relationships with local media and community
• Coordinate volunteer and student placements effectively
• Conduct assessments of resident needs and program effectiveness

Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation, Physical Education, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in senior recreation programming
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and Smart Serve certification
• Dementia knowledge is an asset
