Clairvest, a leading mid-market Private Equity firm, is seeking a skilled Investor Relations Associate. This role reports to the Director of Investor Relations and Marketing, handling investor communications, analytics, and fundraising efforts. You will have the chance to deepen your understanding of private equity while managing relationships with stakeholders, including investors and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute investor materials and reports
• Coordinate Clairvest's Limited Partner Annual General Meeting
• Produce pitchbooks for prospective limited partners




• Manage existing and prospective LP relationships
• Analyze portfolio performance for investor presentations

Requirements:
• 2-3+ years experience in investor relations or finance roles
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills
