Join Toromont Industries Ltd. as a full-time Compliance Analyst specializing in AML and Sanctions compliance. Play a crucial role in monitoring and enhancing adherence to regulatory frameworks.

In this permanent role, you will help develop and implement the company’s AML/ATF and sanctions compliance program. Working cross-functionally, you will assist business units in adhering to Canadian AML regulations while supporting investigations and risk assessments. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining compliance and training initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement policies for compliance framework
• Monitor customer due diligence and risk assessment processes




• Review and investigate suspicious transactions
• Prepare compliance reports, including STRs and LCTRs
• Provide training on AML/ATF regulations

Requirements:
• 1-4 years of relevant compliance experience
• Degree in Business or a related discipline
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with AML regulations and processes
• AML certifications such as CAMS or ICA preferred
