This is an in office role located in Oakville, Ontario. As a Machine Operator, your focus will be on setup and maintenance of shot peen work centers from Friday to Sunday nights. You will apply part process techniques while effectively minimizing machine downtime and upholding production quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up shot peen equipment for operation
• Monitor and optimize efficiency of automated systems
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Follow work instructions and sketches accurately
• Promote continuous improvement and 5S activities

Requirements:
• High school diploma with 1+ years in manufacturing
• Strong PC skills for work instructions
• Experience in material handling and hoist operations
• Eligibility to work in Canada under ITAR and CCGP
• Ability to operate overhead cranes safely
