In this position, you will focus on snow and ice management on Bear Street and Caribou Street, using a variety of tools and machinery. The role demands physical strength and resilience to work safely under winter conditions. Training is provided for safe equipment operation, embodying the Town’s culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage snow and ice on sidewalks and walkways
• Utilize a Toolcat, Bobcat, and hand tools
• Ensure safe conditions at critical intersections
• Perform additional Streets duties as operationally required
• Maintain safety standards and contribute to improvement

Requirements:
• Class 5 driver’s license and clear Driving Abstract
• Capable of heavy lifting and working in cold weather
• Experience with power tools and safety programs
• Team-oriented with a sense of humor
• Strong focus on detail and individual responsibility
