Robotic Technician page is loaded## Robotic Technicianlocations:East Gwillimbury, Ontariotime type:Full timeposted on:Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id:JR102992**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform all maintenance and repair work in either the plant or grounds.* Assure all assembly quality specifications are met by continuously monitoring the assembly processes on the equipment assigned.* Troubleshoot all aspects of the assembly process as required.* Maintain spare parts and components inventory at appropriate levels. Inform the tool crib attendant of low levels or shortage of parts or components in stock.* Maintain up to date documentation of equipment. This includes documenting changes and alterations made to all equipment.* Solve maintenance related problems with minimal interruption to production.* Actively participate in the Preventative Maintenance Program and down time reduction process. This includes following the PMP schedule and completing PMP checklists.* Prepare a list of problems encountered during the shift and other necessary reports.* Document work orders in the MVP system daily.* Participate in the development and implementation of latest technologies to improve productivity and/or quality.* Participate in training to upgrade skills and knowledge to meet changing technologies, customer, government and health and safety requirements.* Make recommendations to improve equipment efficiency and reduce costs. This includes manufacturing, repairs and the installations of parts, components, services,



and equipment.* Advise the Manager of any potential problems and offer solutions.* Actively participate in the preparation of safety and operation procedures.* Maintain clean and safe working conditions.* Assist in the training and development of current hires and apprentices.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
