Job DescriptionYou are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.How You Will ContributeYou will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co‑owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. etc.).Resolve escalations where local expertise is required, involving relevant internal and external partners as needed.System mastery – in‑depth knowledge of all HR systems.Champion the employee experience and drive continuous improvement and process efficiency in partnership with internal and external partners/stakeholders and leveraging technology where possible.Accountable for workforce planning – time & attendance.Update knowledge base and review policy.Deliver the Organization Pillar (IL6S) and support the implementation of local projects or initiatives.Improve overall employee experience – leveraging the organizational model and supporting employee and manager self‑serve.Education / CertificationsBachelor's degree in human resources or related field requiredTravel Requirements5% GTAWork Schedule37.5 hours per weekThe expected base salary range for this position is CAD $69,800.00 to CAD $87,250.00 depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
