preference centers, and high‑throughput reliability.Enterprise Document Strategy: oversee secure document storage, generation, and retrieval, aligning with data residency rules, RBAC‑level access, and enterprise retention policies.Requirements Definition: translate constraints, security frameworks, and business strategies into detailed user stories and technical specifications for microservices, API gateways, and token management systems.Data Fluency: use internal analytics tools, gather insights via queries, analyze project results, drive recommendations, and set quantified goals aligned with business outcomes.Distributed Systems: understand technical architecture to identify risks, dependencies, and guide scalable feature design; proficiency in Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.API Fluency: hands‑on proficiency with Postman and APIs, testing endpoints, validating data flows, ensuring seamless integrations before handoff.Stakeholder Management: align stakeholders, incorporate feedback, recommend best paths forward, and strategically elevate issues when necessary.Qualifications3‑5+ years in product management, platform engineering, or systems analysis within financial services or enterprise SaaS.7+ years of cumulative professional experience across industries.Post‑secondary education, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business,
or related field.Deep passion for security and protecting client data and financial assets.Staying up‑to‑date on latest technologies, threat landscapes, and security trends.Proven ability to shift teams from feature factories to outcome‑driven squads using lean startup and continuous discovery methodologies.Platform Product Mindset with ability to abstract complex logic into reusable, scalable APIs and microservices.Additional KudosExperience with IAM protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, SCIM, JWT).Knowledge of authentication mechanisms: Risk‑Based Authentication, Passwordless flows, FIDO2/WebAuthn, MFA.Experience with IdPs and CIAM platforms (Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, Azure AD) or directory services (LDAP).Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, PIPEDA) and security/compliance frameworks (SOC2).Experience transitioning legacy monoliths to domain‑driven microservices.Comfortable presenting technical initiatives and architectural trade‑offs to executive teams.Experience in banking/financial/investment systems or solution development.Knowledge of writing/understanding API documentation.Data analysis using SQL.CSPO, CSM, or other relevant business analysis certification an asset.Practical experience using AI‑powered development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, advanced prompting techniques) to accelerate discovery, prototyping, data analysis, or requirements drafting.Additional InformationRequires three days of in‑office presence per week for Greater Toronto Area residents; remote arrangement available for non‑GTA candidates.CompensationBase salary range: $120,000 - $150,000.Package commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada).Includes comprehensive benefits plan and competitive incentive (bonus) program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
