Manage actual or threatened litigation and guide dispute resolution. Identify, analyze, and respond to legislative and regulatory developments affecting Moneris. Create and maintain precedent agreements and participate in/lead knowledge management initiatives to improve overall efficiency of the Legal team and evolve best-in-class legal services to clients.
