As an EHS Associate, you are a safety goal‑oriented professional who provides hands‑on support to plant operations and the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) department. You are a collaborative, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and supports continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental compliance.What You’ll Be DoingRegularly visit the manufacturing floor for EHS-related needs including assessments and investigationsSupport plant operations in terms of EHS assessments, follow up on open EHS concerns or investigationsAssist with incident response, accident and near‑miss investigations, and related documentationConduct risk assessments to identify workplace hazards, as requiredCoordinate and track EHS improvements and corrective actionsIn conjunction with the EHS Manager, lead the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) activities including monthly meetingsCoordinate and deliver, as required, plant safety training programsPerform EHS data entry and reporting in global systemsWhat You’ll BringPost‑secondary education or certificate or equivalent experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, or a related fieldA minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferredWorking knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulationsStrong organizational, documentation, and data entry skillsAbility to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organizationHands‑on, proactive,
