Hardware Product ManagerThe role is to own and evolve the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio and end-to-end merchant experience, ensuring reliable product performance and profitable launches across regions.What you’ll be responsible forOwn the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio end-to-end: what we sell, where we sell it, and how it evolves over time (launch → scale → lifecycle management → deprecation).Define and land a multi‑quarter roadmap aligned to the broader Hardware strategy, manage dependencies, and drive delivery to measurable outcomes.Lead new initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery → PRDs/requirements → vendor selection → validation/testing → launch → iteration and in-field support.Spend time with merchants (owners/managers/staff) to uncover workflow friction and translate insights into roadmap priorities.Drive supplier accountability across feature set, quality, cost, and lead times, using field signals (RMAs/tickets) to close the loop on corrective actions.Lead by influencing teams across Product, Design, Hardware Ops, Support, GTM, Finance, and Legal to execute launches cleanly and improve portfolio profitability.What you’ll be bringing to the team5+ years as a Product Manager in a hardware or hardware‑enabled SaaS environment (devices/peripherals/accessories), with at least 1–2 launches shipped end‑to‑end.Demonstrated ownership of the full hardware lifecycle: discovery → requirements → selection → testing → launch → iteration → deprecation.Direct experience with hospitality workflows: payments, POS, mobile POS, kitchen display systems, kiosk, networking.Cross‑functional leadership across Product, Design, Ops/Supply Chain, Support, GTM.Who you areExtreme ownership: the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and assume responsibility when “grey” areas are present.Product sense:
