You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location will be at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga beginning approximately late 2026. Until then, candidates will have the option of hybrid in‑office work at 483 Bay Street in Toronto, or fully remote work.
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

What You’ll Do The Software Product Manager is responsible for ensuring Investly products and platforms are developed so that they meet the goals of driving business results, integrating data, delighting users and continuously evolve to meet changing market demands and new opportunities.
With this mandate, they own the product backlog to deliver features and enhancements that achieve those goals. As the member of the team primarily responsible for driving a process of Continuous Discovery and Delivery, it is the Software Product Manager that is primarily responsible for ensuring that all product risks are identified early and continuously through the product development lifecycle, that all key stakeholders (including, but not limited to: Marketing, Product, Sales, Corporate Affairs, Advanced Analytics, Development, QA, DevOps, Operations, Compliance) are engaged continuously and collaboratively, driving toward each release or deliverable throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, acting as a product owner for online tools and platforms while maintaining a prioritized backlog of enhancements
Work throughout the feature lifecycle with stakeholders to iteratively create custom experiences for client segments and continuously improve the user experience (UX)
Identify and mitigate risks early in the feature development lifecycle
Collaborate within their pods to develop a deep understanding of client preferences and design personalized customer journeys based on data informed insights
Work with the growth team to understand client segments and produce regular reporting and tracking to improve digital customer experience
Work with all stakeholders to drive alignment on feature delivery timelines
What We Are Looking For University bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Arts, Math, IT or Engineering, or equivalent experience
2 + years of related experience in large scale technology implementations or website redesign across an organization
1+ years in a product owner, business analyst or technical role
Experience working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP etc.
Experience with IOS and Android mobile application development practices is an asset
The Expertise You Bring Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Product strategy development driven by business goals, key metrics and outcomes
Experience in user behavioral analytics tools and methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills, both written and oral
The ability to drive consensus amongst key stakeholders
Leadership and presentation skills to passionately articulate product vision throughout the organization.
Total Rewards That Reflect Your Impact Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $111,000 to $129,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
