Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 85-95/Hr (Depending on the experience)
Must Have:
Demonstrated enterprise Linux desktop engineering experience , with solid hands-on Ubuntu administration.
Direct experience supporting Linux developer workstations and high-performance endpoint hardware.
Hands-on experience with HCL BigFix administration , software packaging, automated deployment, and patch management.
Experience deploying or supporting Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and ThreatLocker in managed endpoint environments.
Strong Docker, containerization, virtualization, GPU, and developer-toolchain support experience.
Automation and scripting experience using Bash and Python.
Advanced networking knowledge, including troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VPN, proxy, routing, firewall, and endpoint-connectivity issues.




Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting AI or machine-learning development environments and associated runtimes.
Familiarity with Dell, HP, and Lenovo workstation platforms, with HP hardware familiarity, is considered an advantage.
Experience supporting globally distributed engineering teams in a large enterprise environment.
Exposure to DevOps platforms, CI/CD processes, and developer-productivity tooling.
