Your expertise will help address challenges like depression and self-esteem, while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to provide informative follow-ups and surveillance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly Survivor Clinic sessions for pediatric patients
• Create and implement follow-up care decisions
• Report findings to primary care physicians




• Manage investigations and refer to specialists as needed
• Engage with the SickKids Aftercare Team for integrated support

Requirements:
• Active medical license in Ontario, CPSO status
