As a Recording Clerk, you will work under the Enterprise Content Manager and focus on producing detailed minutes for various council meetings. With at least two years of minute-taking experience required, candidates should possess a Grade 12 education or equivalent, ideally complemented by interactions with Indigenous populations. This role involves maintaining confidentiality and solid record-keeping practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
• Summarize and report on meeting highlights




• Schedule and coordinate council and committee meetings
• Manage electronic filing of all necessary documents
• Assist in preparing correspondence and reports

Requirements:
• At least Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role
• In-depth understanding of confidentiality policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• A cleared Criminal Record Check is mandatory
