In this Temp Part time role, you will spearhead the ongoing development of a robust OH&S; program, focusing on injury prevention and regulatory compliance. With 5-7 years of relevant experience, your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents. This position includes required travel to various sites, enhancing your ability to impact multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach management on OH&S; program accountability
• Collaborate with external health and safety stakeholders




• Assess incident data to recommend improvements
• Develop safety performance reports for corporate leaders
• Drive initiatives to enhance workplace safety and compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 5-7 years of OH&S; experience in healthcare
• Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel extensively
