Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee application support operations
• Own L2/L3 support processes and backlog management
• Lead support triage meetings for urgent operational concerns




• Manage cross-functional coordination for application support
• Develop and disseminate support performance metrics

Requirements:
• 7+ years in application support or ERP environments
• Demonstrated experience leading support or operations teams
• Solid understanding of release coordination processes
• Experience with manufacturing or distribution applications
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
