Join PBS as a Bilingual Automotive Sales Software Trainer at our Calgary headquarters. This role focuses on providing essential training for our innovative Dealer Management Software.

As a full-time, permanent trainer, you’ll use your automotive experience to facilitate training sessions for dealerships across North America. The position demands travel to customer sites approximately two weeks per month, blending remote work with in-person engagement to ensure successful software implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Navigate and demonstrate PBS DMS to customers
• Manage and lead all assigned training initiatives
• Respond to internal and external training needs
• Maintain current knowledge of PBS software updates
• Foster a collaborative and supportive training environment

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to travel within Canada and the USA
• Solid communication and public speaking abilities
• High school diploma
