We are currently looking for two ambitious Trailer Technicians at our Winnipeg branch. Successful candidates will possess a 3rd Level Apprentice to Journeyman designation or relevant experience. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trailers, fostering customer satisfaction and service profits for Maxim.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs under the guidance of the Shop Foreman
• Conduct thorough road tests post-repair
• Document all repair details accurately
• Identify unit issues through diagnostics
• Uphold safety and maintenance in the shop

Requirements:
• Journeyman or 3rd Level Apprentice qualification
• Government Safety Inspection Certificate an asset
• Enthusiasm for skill development in the trade
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to handle physical tasks and tools
