Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with SOPs during trimming and drying processes
• Lead and train Post-Harvest Team Members
• Oversee tasks such as packaging and curing cannabis




• Maintain and operate trimming and sorting machines
• Transport products safely between production environments

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in production or cultivation
• Understanding of GMP standards and delivery metrics
• Experience with post-harvest processes is a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Solid attention to detail and organization
