In this permanent night role, you will work under the guidance of the Director of Care. Your responsibilities include delivering personalized nursing care, fostering a welcoming environment, and supervising staff for optimal resident support. Experience in Geriatrics or Rehabilitation is a plus, enhancing your impact within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per established policies and physician orders
• Ensure excellent personal care through sound nursing principles
• Create a supportive environment via effective teamwork
• Oversee resident care,



communication with families, and staff guidance
• Supervise Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in Geriatrics or senior health care preferred
• Solid judgment and risk identification skills
• Ability to foster a positive work environment
• Clear Vulnerable Sector and/or Criminal Record Check
