In this full-time position, the Technical Coordinator works closely with Registered Energy Advisors and installation contractors to ensure projects meet approved program requirements. You will be responsible for managing work plans, addressing site challenges, and maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders. Your knowledge of residential construction and green building practices will be crucial in tracking and reporting project performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project compliance
• Manage discrepancies and resolve project challenges




• Provide essential information and reports to management
• Assist in creating comprehensive work plans for contractors
• Stay informed on industry standards and advancements

Requirements:
• Relevant education in construction or green building
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential projects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Valid driver's license required
