Elevate English teaching skills as a Part-Time ESL Instructor at the Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute (OLBI) in Ottawa. Lead immersive, qualified training for professors from Universidad del Atlantico.

This part-time role for the TIER Program is set for the 2026 Fall Semester. You will engage professors by designing and delivering lessons focused on English-Medium Instruction strategies, academic vocabulary, and course assessment methods. Collaborate closely with a fellow instructor and supervision of a teaching assistant while utilizing innovative digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons in English-Medium Instruction
• Create and evaluate assignments tailored for bilingual learners




• Support online and in-person components of the course
• Supervise a teaching assistant for curriculum alignment
• Facilitate the pre-arrival component and post-program lab

Requirements:
• Master's degree in TESL or related discipline
• Two years of ESL teaching experience at the college level
• Experience with team-teaching environments
• TESL Certification or equivalent requirement
• Commitment to in-person instruction on campus
