Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hôte(sse) d'accueil to provide exceptional guest services in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operation of front desk activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and courtesy.

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or hotel reception is preferred, but a positive attitude and solid customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about services, amenities, and local attractions




- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Support food service operations when necessary, including serving guests in dining areas
- Uphold hospitality standards by delivering courteous and attentive customer service at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service roles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of restaurant operations or hotel experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the establishment
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or evenings if required
