ServiceNow ATF Test Engineer

Location: Toronto, Canada_ Hybrid

Contract: 12 Months plus

Experience: 7–10 years total, 5–8 years relevant

Banking / Financial Services domain experience is required/preferred.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to support testing and quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

· Strong hands-on ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) experience.

· 5–8 years of relevant ServiceNow Testing/QA experience.

· Experience testing ServiceNow GRC, Risk, and Compliance functionality.

· Experience with one or more of the following:

· Control Testing

· Emerging Risk

· Enterprise Risk Identification

· Incident Management

· Issues Management

· Operational Risk / Loss Events

· Policy Management

· Risk Acceptance / Risk Treatment

· RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment)

· RAMS (Risk Appetite Metrics)

· PRC

· GRCM / Compliance Tooling

· Compliance Testing

· Good understanding of testing processes and QA methodologies.

· Experience in software analysis and design.

· Solid communication skills.
