As a Security Professional - Shelter Guard, you will handle rapid-paced incidents and ensure a safe environment for all residents, maintaining a respectful atmosphere within the shelter. Shifts will be overnight from 7pm to 7am on a rotating schedule. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor access control for the shelter premises
- Respond effectively to behavioral incidents
- Perform routine safety patrols inside and outside
- Engage in emergency response and management
- Write detailed incident reports for staff communication

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years relevant security experience
- Good communication skills and conflict resolution
