Skilled shop labourer required for a busy sign shop. Erb Signs offers a fast-paced work environment where teamwork is key. The products we create are exciting and ever changing!

Applicants must be able to work well with their hands in a manufacturing shop environment.

Must be able to easily,

- Read tape measure accurately
- Take verbal direction along with follow directions on drawings
- Have excellent numerical aptitude, problem solving skills, and show attention to detail

- Lift approximately 50lbs

Rate of pay will be based on experience. We are willing to train the right applicant.

Duties

- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.




- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of best practices.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn current skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. We encourage candidates who are eager to contribute positively to our team while developing their skills in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
