A1 Marine Care is looking for experienced Boat Shrink Wrappers to join our team as external contractors for the upcoming shrink-wrapping season.

We are looking for skilled, reliable professionals who have previous hands-on experience shrink-wrapping boats and can complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

- Professionally shrink-wrap boats of various sizes
- Install and secure support frames, straps, and shrink-wrap
- Safely operate heat guns and other required equipment
- Properly prepare boats before wrapping
- Ensure finished wraps are secure, tight, and weather-resistant
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean and secure work area
- Communicate professionally with A1 Marine Care and customers when required

Requirements
- Previous boat shrink-wrapping experience is required
- Ability to independently complete shrink-wrap jobs from start to finish
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, bending,



and standing for extended periods
- Own required tools and equipment is an asset
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and meet scheduled deadlines

Contractor Position This is an external contract position, not an employee position. Contractors will be responsible for their own applicable taxes, insurance, equipment, and other requirements associated with independent contracting.
