The Role

We are looking for someone with strong finishing skills who can work independently and help guide others in teaching them finishing skills when needed.

This is a full time position with opportunities for continued education and growth for those who are motivated and eager to learn. Wages are competitive and based on experience, certifications, and skill level.

What You Will Do

- Drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
- Interior painting including prep work,



priming, and finishing
- Match textures and finishes when required
- Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation
- Assist with repairs including drywall, mudding, and painting
- Set up and monitor drying equipment in clients’ homes
- Pack and box client contents when required
- Specialized Cleaning
- Use company apps to document work and job progress
- Communicate with project managers about job progress
- Help direct other technicians when needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend mitigation calls

Requirements

- Experience with drywall finishing and interior painting
- Ability to work independently
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Comfortable using mobile apps for work documentation
- Valid driver’s license and clean criminal background
- Able to lift materials and perform physical work
- Willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
