Highly organized and detail‑oriented, you will support regulatory compliance, audit quality monitoring and training initiatives, leveraging strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency to extract, consolidate and interpret complex data. With a background in public accounting, compliance or audit support and exposure to AML programmes, regulatory reporting, risk management practices or audit quality processes, you bring a solid understanding of the Canadian regulatory landscape, including CPAB, CPA Ontario and FINTRAC.Your Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Reporting & Compliance (50%) – prepare regulatory submissions required by CPAB, CPA Ontario and FINTRAC, compile,



validate and consolidate data from multiple internal sources to ensure accurate regulatory reporting across service lines, support the firm’s Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme (sanction screenings, client risk assessments, ongoing monitoring and annual compliance updates), maintain accurate documentation supporting regulatory reviews, audits and inspections.Data Base Management & Reporting (20%) – extract, consolidate and analyse data from multiple systems (Excel, internal databases, audit tools), support regulatory reporting, quality and compliance initiatives, design, build and maintain dashboards to monitor regulatory reporting, quality metrics and compliance activities, ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Quality & Standards Support (10%) – uphold the firm’s quality initiatives, promote compliance with professional and regulatory standards across engagements, contribute to firm‑wide risk identification and mitigation, support the Audit Assurance Group during peak periods with data preparation.Practice Coordination & Administration (10%) – coordinate registrations and renewals across provincial jurisdictions and regulatory bodies, maintain and organise compliance documentation, coordinate internal annual compliance processes (independence declarations, firm‑wide compliance confirmations),
