This is a high-impact role for a hands‑on accounting leader who thrives in a multi‑entity workplace and wants visibility into both operations and FP&A.What; You'll OwnReporting to the Controller, you'll lead the day‑to‑day accounting function. Month‑end close, GL reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, and financial reporting across Canadian and U.S. entities. You'll also support budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and audit coordination, making this a genuinely broad role with room to grow. You'll directly supervise one accounting staff (AR clerk) and be the person your team looks to for guidance, process clarity, and accountability.What the Role InvolvesFull ownership of month‑end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliationsIntercompany transactions and multi‑entity reporting (Canada + U.S.)Internal controls, accounting policies, and staff accountabilityAudit support - documentation, schedules,
