Lead major gift fundraising at Wood's Homes in Calgary as a Campaign Lead. Your strategic oversight will ensure effective capital campaigns and strong community relationships.

As a vital member of the Wood's Homes team, you will oversee campaign initiatives, cultivate high-capacity donors, and support volunteers and Board members in their fundraising efforts. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to maximize campaign success and drive the mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop campaign goals, strategies, and performance measures
• Identify and steward high-capacity individual and corporate donors
• Support volunteer engagement and training initiatives
• Coordinate recognition events and campaign messaging




• Prepare reports and manage donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT

Requirements:
• Degree in Fund Development, Business, or similar
• Five years of experience in fundraising or major gifts
• Proven ability to build donor relationships
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT preferred
• Robust organizational and analytical skills
