Operations Manager – Electric Line, Whitecourt, Alberta | 14/7 Schedule | $150,000 + Bonus
Our client is seeking an experienced Electric Line / Wireline Operator to take ownership of a newly acquired electric line division in Whitecourt.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role, grow the electric line business, mentor the crew, and build a solid local customer base. Current demand is strongest in abandonments and pipe recovery , with opportunities to expand into 10K completion work as the division grows.
Equipment & Services The division operates two E-Line units, a combo E-Line/Slickline unit and a 23-ton crane , with 5/16" and 7/32" lines and 5K/10K pressure-control packages up to 7".
Services include perforating, Baker setting tools, CBL/RBL, multi-finger caliper, free point, chemical cutting, downhole video and advanced production logging .




Experienced Team Behind You You'll be supported by an established crew with many years of management/wireline experience, including a fully staffed slickline division is also available to support combo-unit operations.
Compensation & Schedule $150,000 annual salary + performance-based bonus
