Key Responsibilities:
• Lead code quality and compliance initiatives across teams
• Develop and document architectural guidelines for backend services
• Assess and recommend improvement tools and frameworks

Requirements:
• More than 6 years of software engineering expertise
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD and secure coding standards
• Experience with modern development tools
• Ability to implement governance into practical standards
