This position reports to the Facilities Manager and focuses on performing various maintenance tasks around the facility. Key responsibilities include general property upkeep, minor building repairs, and mechanical maintenance. You will also coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols while maintaining documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily facility and grounds maintenance
• Perform general repairs including plumbing and carpentry
• Operate a forklift for moving materials
• Assist in procurement and maintenance tasks
• Maintain organized maintenance records and logs

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in building and mechanical maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Experience with computerized maintenance systems
• Robust communication and organizational skills
