Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide interventions for assigned patient caseload
• Document all physiotherapy activities and interventions
• Conduct discharge planning to ensure patient readiness




• Supervise Physiotherapy Assistants and ensure compliance
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary clinics and discussions

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Experience in interdisciplinary education and collaboration
• 1 year of treatment experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in diverse diagnostic groups
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
