You will enhance communication skills through cutting-edge lesson planning and support for undergraduate students. The program includes collaboration with a teaching assistant to ensure consistent methodology in language instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement effective lesson plans for language skill enhancement
• Cultivate a supportive learning atmosphere for diverse students
• Collaborate with colleagues on TEFL Methodology practices
• Assist students in completing a comprehensive capstone project
• Encourage community engagement and cultural fluency
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in second language teaching or TESL
• Minimum of two years of ESL experience at college/university
• Prior teaching experience in ESL or equivalent courses
• TESL Certification or comparable credentials
• Team-teaching background is advantageous
