Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and refine information security strategy and roadmap
• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and compliance initiatives
• Supervise external audit programs and internal controls




• Develop incident response plans and security protocols
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives and Board

Requirements:
• 15+ years experience in information security and risk
• Extensive knowledge of security frameworks and ISMS
• Solid leadership in cross-functional environments
• Effective communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or PCI ISA
