In this full-time and permanent role, you will be pivotal in leading fundraising strategies and donor engagement efforts. Reporting to the Vice President, you will drive growth, develop exceptional donor experiences, and ensure communication resonates with the mission of Karis. Your strategic mindset will enhance relationships with donors, partners, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute monthly giving programs to meet fundraising goals
• Identify current fundraising avenues and market trends
• Coordinate fundraising events and appeal communications




• Manage donor database and ensure data integrity
• Develop strategic recommendations for leadership

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in fundraising or donor development
• Background in nonprofits or faith-based sectors is an asset
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Degree in Business Administration or similar
• Certificate in Fundraising Management preferred
