Working within a holistic care team, you'll support individuals facing mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating with families and community resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and assess client behavior for tailored support
• Promote self-sufficiency and provide life skills coaching
• Maintain detailed records and care documentation




• Advocate for client needs in various situations
• Facilitate social and recreational activities for clients

Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Community Mental Health Worker Certificate
• 2 years’ relevant experience in mental health
• Current CPR certification required
• Valid BC Driver’s License with insurance
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
