The Foss Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage all aspects of the accounts payable cycle. This role requires partnership with both internal stakeholders and external vendors for smooth financial operations. A solid background in the automotive industry is beneficial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process, verify, and code invoices with precision
• Match purchase orders against packing slips and invoices
• Oversee check runs, EFTs, and wire transactions
• Ensure vendor accounts and ledgers are up-to-date




• Resolve billing inquiries professionally with vendors

Requirements:
• Two to three years of Accounts Payable experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK is a plus
• Educational background in Accounting or Business Administration
• Effective communication skills for cross-department interactions
