Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities of gardening and landscaping teams
• Bid on contracts and oversee project execution




• Estimate labor and material needs for landscaping duties
• Manage planting and maintenance schedules
• Conduct staff training and oversee record-keeping

Requirements:
• Secondary school completion is usually mandatory
• Relevant certification in landscaping or horticulture
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in landscaping
• Prior experience in the field you supervise
• License for chemical applications may be necessary
