Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly answer incoming customer calls
• Respond to inquiries with technical and pricing details

Requirements:
• Two years of experience preferred in industry
• Solid English communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven organizational and people skills
• Familiarity with MS Office; P21 software is a plus
