Key Responsibilities:
• Manage concession operations during diverse venue events

• Evaluate food quality and presentation standards
• Control food costs and monitor inventory levels

Requirements:
• 2–3 years in concessions or food service settings
• Preferred experience in a supervisory capacity
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Food Protected and Serving It Right certifications needed
• Strong verbal communication skills for efficient management
