Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary HR contact for designated groups
• Understand business needs and provide HR guidance




• Coach leaders on performance and employee-related issues
• Manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Analyze workforce data for decision-making insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including advisory roles
• Familiarity with various HR functions
• CPHR certification beneficial
• Strong communication and critical thinking
